Great experience because I had that one helper that came up to give me advice on that one thing, so when I got finished it was way faster than if I had no help getting done with my things, so because of their help doing what needed to be done I had more time on my hands to spend more time doing other things that had to be done. Thank you

upon move in our room was not cleaned whatsoever there was dirt everywhere, and also we had an infestation of roaches. literally nest behind the fridge. (see pics) the cleaning people refused to clean bc of the roaches. we had to cause a huge problem for them to even consider moving us to different apartment, and they wanted us to spend the night in the infested apartment. completely moved into the third floor then had to move everything out. the wifi is out a significant amount and it’s an inconvenience everytime. there was also a period where no trash was taken out and it stacked up (see picture) tbh the best part about this place is the maintenance men they’re always nice

Since I have moved in I have had so many problems. Starting with move in. As soon as we got here nothing was clean, there was dirt everywhere, the dryer was broken, the thermostat was broken, water leaking from our water heater in a locked closet we are not allowed in, there was white residue all over my night stand, food left in the cabinets from previous tenants which shows that the apartment wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned which is very disappointing because we pay for it to be move in ready. Also when I signed my lease there was a deal going on where I am gifted a $500 gift card, but I have yet to receive it. At first me and my roommates weren’t even on the list so we had to tell the front desk to put us on it. Since then I have had the same problem with getting the gift card that I signed for that I have been going to the front desk and managers about multiple times a month since September and It is now January which is extremely frustrating. I’ve talked to the managers who say they will get back to me but they never do. The nice front desk people always send emails to the managers, but no problem that goes through them is ever resolved. I do not recommend the Grove. But I must say that the maintenance people are very nice and are good at their jobs.

I’ve lived here for about 5-6 months and there’s good things and bad things about the grove. Personally, when I moved in, my unit had carpet stains, holes in the walls, holes in doors, and it was just gross. I don’t mind cleaning so I cleaned my unit but it was just inconvenient to have to stop my moving process to clean my apartment that should be “move in ready”. I haven’t had a mailbox key for 2 months because my key didn’t work so they had to reprint it. Haven’t gotten it back yet but we’ll see. I’ve used the gym a couple times. I guess it’s decent. They raised my rent. I had a summer lease and needed to sign a new lease for fall and it increased $50. I feel like I’m off roading in the parking lot and I probably need an alignment. The kitchen has NO STORAGE! I had to buy a 5 tier bakers rack to put my food and kitchen stuff. The stovetops have been put through the wringer, they look like they came from Chernobyl. Anyways, the good stuff. I put in a maintenance request recently and they came within 30 minutes to fix my dryer. That was nice and the guy was really kind. I love that they have a tanning bed I’ve used it a couple times. The front desk workers are usually really sweet and fun, no complaints about them at all. In hindsight it’s just a meh place for the price. They charged me almost $1,000 for one month because they double charged me with fees when I started a fall lease. But anyways it’s an ok place. I’ll stay until my lease is up then i’ll probably find somewhere else.

Our stay at the Grove was very pleasant. We lived there for two years and the maintenance team always promptly fixed all of our requests. All of the amenities were pleasant and easy to access. We only moved out because the rate increased and we found a larger apartment for a comparable price. Overall, I did not have any issues while I was a resident of the Grove apartments!
