I moved into The Grayson in late April and have been impressed with the improvements being made by the current management team. There were a few maintenance and code-compliance issues left from previous management, but they were addressed quickly and professionally. Hanna has been especially responsive and helpful throughout the process. It’s clear she’s working hard to make positive changes for residents, and her efforts are appreciated. Overall, i’ve had a very positive experience.

I love the property and the golf simulator. Super friendly community I didn’t think I’d make friends but I made some good friends pretty quickly. And I’m excited for the newest community event beers and boots. Hailey in the office is super helpful when I have questions or needing to put in work orders. She and the rest of the staff are super friendly.

My wife, Hailey, works at the property, so I want to be transparent about that. As a resident, I’ve seen firsthand how much she cares about improving the community and helping residents. She consistently goes above and beyond to address concerns and make the property a better place to live. Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here and appreciate the efforts the team is making. Our apartments is great and I love the layout and the color scheme. It makes it really easy to add your own decor and make it feel like home. There are still a few areas that could be improved, such as recalibrating the golf simulator and expanding the free-weight selection in the fitness center

During a tour the staff lied about the management company they are under. The Property Manager stated they are under Greystar but if you go on the website and look it’s Cush and Wakefield. For them to go at length to lie made me look into them further to find out this is the same company that ended up burning down a property in the same city.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The staff is always friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I need anything. The maintenance team is also amazing. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear they really care about the residents and keeping the community in great shape. I would definitely recommend living here!
