The Franklin Apartments

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. In only 3 months of living here, it has been nothing but problems. Trash piles up on every floor, there are roaches, the hallways and pool are disgusting, the elevator is constantly broken, the gates never work, and the doors don’t lock properly. The AC issues have been horrible, especially in 90+ degree weather, and management is almost impossible to get ahold of. Maintenance takes forever, emails get ignored, and there are constantly random charges added with little explanation. The day I was supposed to move in, I was told the unit I signed for was suddenly unavailable and was basically forced into a more expensive unit that wasn’t even ready yet. At this point I’m trying to get out of my lease because this place is so poorly managed. Don’t trust all the positive reviews either most seem to come from tours or incentives, while actual tenants have plenty of complaints. I would absolutely not recommend living here.

Editing my review, Day 18 since moving in May 1st with no AC. I had to use my own portable AC unit since one was not provided to us. Work orders are closed as complete when the issue is still ongoing. Nearly impossible to get ahold of staff over phone and always told "it will be worked on/fixed the next day". There are never any updates, so you're sitting around twiddling your thumbs unsure if the repair people are coming or not. Honestly one of the most stressful times in a new apartment I have ever experienced.

I would like to shout out Bryce and Miguel for all the good and excellent quality of work they do they are always make sure everything is in order an in place I have to give them both ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because of the excellent jobs they do they are the best
