We loved our time living at the Elm! The building is well-managed and maintained. Any time we needed something, we always received prompt assistance. It also has a wonderful dog park and close access to the trails.

I am beyond grateful to be here! The girls/staff are so genuine and they truly go above and beyond! The little details here really have made my quality of life improve drastically. THIS is sanctuary

Have had an incredible experience with the Elm and all the people involved. Grace is an amazing leasing agent and answered all questions asked. Grace and her team are kind, respectful and were prepared in showing the property. Property is clean, well kept and have wonderful people. Has been a great experience.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience living at The Elm! From the moment I moved in, the management and staff have been nothing short of amazing—friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile - huge shout out to Gracie and Amy! The community is beautifully maintained, with clean common areas, gorgeous landscaping, and amenities that truly make it feel like home. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The appliances are up-to-date, the finishes are high quality, and little details like abundant natural light and soundproof walls make a huge difference. The location is also unbeatable, close to shops/restaurants/parks, while still feeling safe and peaceful. It really offers the best of both worlds. Overall, I can honestly say this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived. I’d recommend The Elm to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed home.

Such an amazing community!! Love the neighbors and the staff!! Morgan, Kate, and Judith are so amazing and the events they host are so fun! Great animal friendly community and I’ve never had a noise complaint!
