I moved in back in 2022. My wife and I agree this has been by far the best Apartment we've lived in and It felt more like a home! Nice new appliances, large cabinets and plenty of space for what you pay for. The 24hour gym caused me to cancel my gym membership. My wife loved the office for printing and the nice coffee machine when she had extra work to do. We loved all the community events and food trucks! It was always so quiet and we even made some friends with our neighbors. Management was always quick to respond and quick to fix issues. Like any apartment there are issues. My only major issue with my room was when I upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, my A/C went out like 5 times during the first summer. They said it was just a terrible design with system and they couldn't fix that BUT they always came right away (within hours) even when I called them at night they came quickly. I will say the 2nd summer in the apartment we had NO issues but that first summer coming home from work to a 90 degree apartment was so sad. My main complaint about the complex is the parking garage. The gate to get your car in breaks all the time. Its always the entrance or the exit. So many times its caused jams and so much confusion. My car has almost been hit so many times because of the gate problems and just how stupid people drive. Again people can be the issue as they also speed up and down and around each corner. The driving from 5th floor was terrifying only because of how little space you had and just how some people drive. I know people have complained about the fire alarm and it was that went off 100 times my first year here but they got a new company and that seemed to fix the problem. Now Ive only heard it a few times over the past 2 years and they warn us when it will be going off. My wife and I truly loved living here! We do recommend it! We just moved out and wanted to post about our experience. It was great 3 and half years.

I lived here for 3 years in two different units (Building 1 and Building 2). When I first moved in, it was a great place to live — well maintained and a good value for the price. Unfortunately, over time the quality of the complex really declined. The common areas became noticeably less maintained. There was frequently trash in the hallways, dumpsters overflowing, and overall cleanliness just wasn’t what it used to be. This was especially frustrating considering I was paying close to $100 per month combined for valet trash and bulk trash fees. In Building 1, the fire alarms would constantly go off, which became very disruptive. Building 2 didn’t seem to have that issue, but both buildings had problems with doors being damaged — handles were often ripped off and not repaired quickly. The elevators were another ongoing issue. They frequently smelled strongly of urine and were often out of service. The most concerning experience I had involved an electrical issue in my unit. Around 3:00 PM, I reported to Natalie, the property manager, that my breaker panel was producing a smoky smell and continuously tripping. I was told someone would be sent up around 4:30 PM. When no one showed up, I went back downstairs and was then informed that maintenance had already gone home for the day and that it was “not an emergency.” I shut off all power to the unit out of concern for safety. When an electrician finally came the next day, they ended up replacing three fixtures and the breaker — clearly indicating there was a legitimate issue. To make matters worse, every winter they drain the fire sprinkler systems because they freeze and break so often. That means for roughly 3–4 months out of the year, the sprinkler system is not active. Given the frequent fire alarm issues and my own electrical experience, that’s not exactly reassuring. It’s also nearly impossible to speak to a real person after hours, regardless of the maintenance issue. The complex relies heavily on an AI phone system, and getting routed to an actual human is extremely difficult. Overall, based on the decline in maintenance, ongoing safety concerns, and lack of responsiveness, I would not recommend this complex. Edit: attempted to call number from the comment below could not get to a person, not wasting any more of my time.

Kinda iffy . The place was okay nice little indoor activities like gym , sky deck, mingle room , pool . But at one point poop was on the floor in the hallway for a week . My sink just dropped to the floor and my bathroom cabinet tried taking me out. Overall it was okay close to the hospital had food trucks every week. Don’t let the fire alarm go off at the drake because it is so loud you can’t hear your thoughts . Maintenance was nice and front desk was always helpful.

Do. NOT lease here. It's not luxurious. My home has been infested with Rats through the plumbing and they chewed through the bottom of my back door.. The ceiling leaked causing mold and I'm stuck living in the unit with the rats and mold unless I want to fork over more money to transfer units. I've lived here for 4 years and never had an issue until this year. Car has been broken into twice in the 'secure' garage (none of the doors to the garage work properly, and remain unlocked during all hours). Management keeps getting worse everytime they hire. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. I have contacted the number below and it is the reason for the review. There are tenants that have been there for years like myself moving out due to the new management team. Top priority is collecting money, not our living situations. Get real. I have no more time to waste on this issue. I will be cleaning up after rats and leaks. Replacing mattresses, carpets and furniture that didn't need replacement until this issue.

This place is despicable. Lived here for 1 year, up until January of 2024. Had my motorcycle attempted to be stolen 3 times costing me hundreds of dollars to replace the ignition which was completely drilled out, tool box broken into on my truck 1 time, and my apartment flooded. Apartments flooding is a systemic issue. The fire suppression system on the porches is not insulated so when it freezes the pipe bursts in the wall. This happened to multiple units the same time it happened to mine. My same apartment was completed flooded the exact same way with the previous tenet too. Their response was to tear up the carpet in 1 room and then did nothing for 2 weeks before I moved out. The pipe burst in the wall, and they just pulled carpet in one room, nothing else. So I hired a lawyer and terminated my lease early. The reason I am posting this now a year and half later is they just now decided to send me to collections. These people are disgusting. This is not to even mention how they allow organized criminals pretending to be lawn crew to steal on a regular basis, half the doors are broken and are always open to the public and the garage door breaks every other week and so much more. They couldn’t care less about a pipe bursting in my wall and creating mold, or even fighting me leaving since there were so many other units flooded, but man did they make sure to send me to collections within that 2 year window so they could make maybe $50 from a collection agency. Update: 8/11/25 After the drake responded asking me to reach out, i did, I called them several times over a few days and finally got ahold of a human being today. She was zero help and gave me an email address for their account resolutions department. Why would you ask me to contact the manager if the manager has no clue what's going on and can provide no help? Sounds about right.
