A warning for female tenants. Harassment of young woman from a maintenance employee. If you manage to get a unit near respectful neighbors, you may enjoy your time here. But pay attention to the poor experiences others have had here too. My unit was nice and amenities were usually clean and well maintained. I mention your neighbors being a factor because if you do find yourself dealing with noise, you can expect to continue dealing with it because the property seems to be unwilling to take real action even when they hear the noise personally. That said, the reason for my low rating is why I had to move out suddenly. A member of the maintenance team harassed my girlfriend for over a week. When I brought this to the property manager’s attention, she told me her supervisor elected to keep this maintenance member on staff. They agreed to let me break my lease, which shows me they’re admitting that what happened was not okay. I didn’t get any rent from this month back and had to cover moving costs to a new apartment. We only moved for our safety. All of this because of a lack of action and accountability from the higher ups. Though we’re gone now, I do worry for the safety of any ladies on the property while this man is still employed there. To say how they handled this is unacceptable is an understatement. I never leave reviews, but this needs to be a warning to any lady who plans to live on this property. Edit: To address their reply- They’re proving my point with this weak and dismissive response on here. Of course they were “in contact with me”. That’s what I was referring to when I mentioned a lack of action and accountability. I went above their heads and emailed corporate. They did make things right financially. I received a fair reimbursement check, which in my opinion is absolutely an admission of wrongdoing. Why would you let a tenant break their lease and pay them back if nothing wrong happened? To my knowledge, the employee was never fired. Ladies please be alert.

Unfortunately, the only way to get a problem resolved in 2026 is to write a one-star review. I am a current resident. I wanted to transfer to another unit. I did all of the paperwork I was supposed to do. The unit was transferred to someone else anyways, without consulting me. This is a process design issue, not a customer service issue. It comes from the top: poor policy design from executives. There is no world in which an applying, existing resident should not have top priority for an upcoming unit. Weinstein Properties just killed a relationship with someone who would have lived here for years and years, and continued to sing their praises. Instead, I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know never to rent from a Weinstein property. If they reach out to me directly, I’ll consider changing this review. I’m doubtful they’ll ever follow up. The staff working here are helpful and cheery. But they are not empowered yet with the tools that would fix these kinds of problems.
