Edit: negative reviews are getting removed and many positive reviews are from the same people. $75 to rent the theater advertised as an amenity is absurd. Still have not addressed any changes to the residents.

Trash all over the complex. Reeks down the halls. I also wish I could sit on my patio, but the dumpsters left out make it nearly impossible to enjoy it because of the smell. I wish it was explained why dumpsters are left out filled with trash.

This place has gone downhill with new management.

I had a work order completed, but the work performance was shabby. The need to come back & redo. I attempted to attach pics of work, but consistently get an error regarding media used, etc.

Edited: Changed the rating from 5 to 0, they made me do that 🤷‍♂️. The new management after May has done a worst job in maintaining the community. I don’t know why they changed the management as they did a very fantastic job. I’m definitely sure that these guys will be seeing more 1 stars.
