I have had a great experience living at the Berkeley Apartments. The community is clean, well maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. The grounds are always kept up, and any maintenance requests Jesse and Lance handle them quickly and professionally.

Barren was extremely helpful and kind since the day we toured the property. Since then he was helped us with every question we’ve had regarding getting moved in as well as giving us advice on the moving process. Barren has been amazingly welcoming and helpful during this entire process. We look forward to him working in the front office of the place we call home.

Living at The Berkeley Apartments has truly been an amazing experience! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels incredibly welcoming. The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located, which has made my time here so comfortable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Barren and Jasmine. They are absolutely wonderful! Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with anything I need really stand out. They always go above and beyond, whether it’s answering questions, helping with maintenance requests, or just making sure residents feel valued. You can tell they genuinely care about the community, and it makes such a difference. If you’re looking for a great place to live with amazing staff, I highly recommend The Berkeley Apartments!

The Berkeley has truly been a wonderful place to live. First, the grounds are always beautiful. The team is constantly updating and adding new landscaping and aesthetic touches, which really makes the entire community feel elevated and well cared for. Second, the staff is amazing – especially Barren, Jasmine, and Christina. They’ve been friendly, helpful, and very communicative throughout my entire experience here. There are also tons of community events for every holiday and throughout the month, which really brings everyone together and makes it feel like a true community, not just an apartment complex. Finally, the maintenance team is top-tier. They’ve helped me right away—even in the middle of the night—whenever I’ve had an issue. Overall, I’d rate The Berkeley a 10/10 and highly recommend it. If you’re looking for a true luxury apartment community, look no further.

DONT MOVE HERE. I lived here for 4 years, and it has fallen apart. There are feral cats, trash & bird/dog poop everywhere, and maintenance requests are never completed promptly. There is zero security (bad gate, no cameras) & the whole city uses the pool like it's a community one. Your mail packages will consistently get lost in the mail lockers (if someone has not already robbed the mail room). On top of that, the current management staff is the worst I've ever seen in my time here. The front office historically will miscommunicate, ignore your asks, prioritize people touring over existing residents, and act annoyed if you come in asking for help. I have been asked multiple times to post a 5-star review for the agents "helping me out" (really just doing their job)...so take that as you will. I used to love & defend this place when I heard complaints, but I genuinely cannot stand the awful communication / management. You should not have to handhold your landlord like I did. Renter beware. Seriously look and see how many of the “5 star reviews” have 0 likes and also mention an agent’s name….because every time the agents help you they beg for a 5 star Google review…even when they are just doing their job.
