Tavolo Park Townhomes

Do not walk but RUN from this place! I saw a review that mentioned it was great when Ashley was the manager. However, whoever hired Stephanie really did this place a disservice; she has the worst attitude. The new maintenance system they have in place is terrible! If you are desperately in need of housing, please do not make this your last resort. Ants, trash, and appliance issues...need I say more? 0/10

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I called left message about interest in viewing, nobody returned call. I called back and spoke to a Stephanie. She seemed pleasant on the phone, she stated she was a one person show. I made appointment to view homes that afternoon. I arrived to a closed sign with return next day at 9am. No wonder the reviews are so bad. You just lost a potential resident.

Zero stars if I could. I’ve only lived here 2½ weeks and this is already the worst place I’ve ever lived. I have no air conditioning, there’s a known AC leak, and now a water leak as well. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests and nothing has been fixed. There are holes in the walls, bathroom issues, and the dishwasher doesn’t work—when opened, the whole house smells. Maintenance either never shows up or never finishes the job. The office is always closed, and the staff’s attitude is dismissive. This situation is extremely stressful, especially since I have a baby and the heat makes it impossible to sleep at night. This is unacceptable, and I do not recommend this community to anyone—especially families.

I’ve lived in the Tavolo Park Townhomes and, unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. There are no amenities within the community—none at all—which makes it hard to justify the high monthly rent, especially now that residents are responsible for every utility separately (water, sewage, gas, etc.). On top of that, getting maintenance requests fulfilled is like pulling teeth. I’ve had an unresolved service request sitting for months with zero follow-up. It’s incredibly frustrating, and the lack of urgency or communication from management is unacceptable. Speaking of communication—it’s basically nonexistent unless you’re getting reminders to pay rent. And trust me, if you’re even a day late, they’ll be quick to add on multiple fees. The only thing consistent here is the automated payment reminders. Things noticeably declined after Ashley, the previous community manager, left. Since then, customer service has been nonexistent, and communication has gone completely downhill. Unless major improvements are made, I will not be renewing my lease—and I expect to receive my full deposit back when I move out.

We had the pleasure of renting with Tavolo Park Townhomes for almost six months, and I can confidently say this is a community I highly recommend. The property manager, Ashley, is exceptional—super helpful, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring residents are well taken care of. Any issues we raised were promptly attended to, which speaks volumes about the quality of management here. Tavolo Park Townhomes offer incredible value for money. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the highway, Hulen Mall, grocery stores, and Mira Vista Country Club for golf enthusiasts. The quality of the finished homes and the spacious layouts make it an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience. In my line of work, I interact with many property management companies, and it’s rare to find one as outstanding as Tavolo Park Townhomes. Ashley and her team do a phenomenal job of keeping residents and vendors happy, creating a well-run and welcoming community. If you’re considering a place to call home, I highly recommend Tavolo Park Townhomes. It’s been a fantastic experience so far!
