Sunset Heights Apartments

Everyone knows a home cooked meal is best! That's exactly what I got to do by the New Year thanks to Bree and all the staff! All very attentive and welcoming! The location is outstanding.! Beatiful scenic routes if you are an active person!! Apartment is awesome lots of closet space! Love the deep kitchen sink. Love my new french doors and balcony space. Amazingly fresh!

Bree was so helpful when it came to helping me with everything I needed for my move in . I Thank her so much I would recommend these apartments because she is a wonderful manager!!!!!!

Horrible place to live we moved here in 2020 so my kids and I have rented here for a little over 5 years they had a kind and helpful landlord Ms. Lenora who was the best but since we lived here they've gone from two different property management buying them out to 4 different landlords swapped in and out the most recent one being the worst. They don't fix anything the AC in the apartment was broken during the hottest summer months had to wait for two weeks before maintenance came in the try to fix, no pest control available , it's been hell I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to rent at this property 😕

Pool's great, clean & taken care of...been enjoying it this summer. Frniture and grill too with lights @ night. If there's an issue, it's fixed quick...responsive, friendly office. Nice place to call home.

If you're thinking about moving here I DON'T recommend it at all! It's full of roaches and they barely ever have hot water. The air conditioner/ heater is controlled by the management. Also the washing and drying areas are always out of order. They even wait till the swimming pool turns green to clean it ( I'm pretty sure the pool filter is broke).
