Miss v is hard working young lady. She goes out of her way to assist the best she can . Only downfall I don't like is the rent increases . I been living here going on 4 years and love it .keep it up miss v

I moved in a few weeks ago and I want to thank Miss Vicky who's in the office for helping me. I am so excited and enjoying my new home. She was easy to work with, punctual, caring and promptly with everything. Do not look any further. Sunset at Fash Place is a place to call home. Thank you Victoria

the office girl is so unprofessional she smokes weed with the tenants and this place has all kinds of drug activity so many ppl stay here that are not on the lease and not seniors it’s ridiculous im working on reporting to a corporate team or BBB asap

my stay here has been great, ms victoria has been a big help for me . i was homeless and came in and from day one she has assisted me with a nice one bed. she is a sweet heart and always go the extra for her residents. ms victoria is firm at times but out of love and care, respectful and brings joys to us . she even sit and talk to us, do nice things for tenants and go above and beyond, i check on her everyda to show my appreciation. i love fash keep up the good work victoria
