Resident Services is fun, a good experience, Sabrena is patient, very helpful and a good business woman, I looking forward to working with her again.

My daughter is having issues on getting her apartment fixed so she can move in. Its been a month, she's paid for and still not able to move in. She keeps getting the run around. Front door needs to be fixed, kitchen cabinet drawers are falling out and not on hinges, windows are not closing correctly and not to mention it was dirty and she's had to clean it herself. This is unacceptable for a tenant to have paid and still nothing has been done. Not safe for her to live there with front door issues. Enough is enough and no word if they'll compensate her. She just keeps getting told it'll get fixed and yet nothing...we're at the 1 month past move in date. Update: here we are...just a week into moving in and a dog has devoured her car. Not to mention after getting rental her rental was towed within less than 24 hours. Like what kind n of apartment complex has she moved into. This is just crazy, expense and asinine. They need to pay...we are done...attorney is next on agenda this week.

I did an application with Stallion point in February. I was told I couldn’t move in until September. September has came and went. They didn’t give me my security deposit back and now all of a sudden, nobody can find my money orders for my security deposit so what I say about Stallion point Apartments is I just didn’t have a good experience
