Spring Glen Apartments

I truly enjoyed my 9 and 1/2 years living there. I miss it.

Pool is never open so if you are thinking about moving here because of the pool I think you should reconsider it because it has been closed for a long time now.

At first, this place was great. The staff was friendly and they were always willing to help. I've been here 1 year and now it is horrible!! The rent is ridiculous, the air is always freezing up and they don't fix it. It takes them ALL day to come look at it, even they even come at all. It's failing apart. The paint is coming off in the shower, the door is messed up, my husband had to stop the bathroom sink from leaking because they never came to fix it, the knob on my front door keeps falling off, and the staff has become extremely rude. The kitchen is very small, 2 people aren't even able to fit without running in to each other. There's a guy that calls people the n word every time he is outside and nothing is being done. The office is hardly ever open. Even if you are only $13 short for rent they will harass you about it and send you eviction threats, EVEN IF you have already made contact and told them what day it will be paid. They do not care about their residents at all. We are definitely moving at the end of our lease. I would not recommend moving here. It isn't worth it.

I loved living here, staff was great! They helped me anytime I had a problem. I did have to call to remind them, but staff was small so I understand it might take a couple of hours in order to get to everyone. The problem I had was after I left, after I cleaned the place top to bottom. Spent hours making sure the place was in top shape! Only to get a creditor call and tell me I owe $300 and something dollar for fees that don't make sense. Claiming I had a pet when I personally don't like animals. Its upsetting cause I would bring them business if they hadn't done that. I might even have considered moving back. But now that's not an option. For someone who always paid their rent on time and never had any issues. I would think you wouldn't want to burn that bridge. That's just my experience which maybe a miss understanding I don't know.

I'll be honest, I don't ever write reviews for apartments, or restaurants or anything of that nature, but I felt the need to contribute to the reviews of this apartment. If you're looking for something cheap, it is cheap, but definitely not worth it. You could find a place for just about the same amount of money per month without the problems I encountered. There was a perpetual roach infestation. And when I reported it, they came and sprayed a bit, but it didn't do anything. I ended up having to use a fogger with my own money which lowered it down to 2 or 3 roaches per day. I lived here for a whole year and it was horrible. The management is nice enough, except it seems like Han Mei in the front office is the only person who knows whats going on. The people aren't that bad, though it might seem that way since it attracts a certain segment of the community. My only real criticism is the infestation and that in and of itself was horrible.
