Management just changed and it has done them wonders. Minor hicks really not much to complain about decent price for a peaceful stay.

Code compliance should come here. Management wasnt helpful. Roaches in the apartment. Office was closed during regular business hours. Maintenance is not responsive. Maybe hot water. The ac/heating unit is very loud and doesnt work. I would look someplace else if I had to rent.

The review done by Westly C. One star… That is actually our old apartment. The boiler room next door was always flooding. The pipes under the concrete consistently had to be repaired. The amount of concrete dust that filled the apartment was suffocating. They didn’t replace the flooring so concrete mites swarmed the apartment and there was always concrete dust. A violent paroled felon named Darell Morgan kicked in our door beat my husband to the point where his leg was broken femur and tibia with required surgery & 5 days in the hospital. The property manager attempted to have our vehicle towed while husband was in the hospital. To make matters worse… We were evicted for refusing to continuing to pay the random fraudulent charges. The eviction was a mess the manager perjured herself by claiming we hadn’t paid Sept & October. My husband is a retired disabled Army veteran that served 24 years. Now we have an eviction that shouldn’t have happened. Unfortunately my husband had left the hospital to attempt to not be evicted against Dr’s orders. We have no idea where they came up with the amount they evicted for. We never missed rent. Not once. Our rental credit is destroyed. Note we’re homeless.
