The staff is not the best. I got charged a late fee when i have it set up automatically and there are enough funds in my account. I got an email with a 75$ late charge fee. I talked to my bank and there is no record of the charge trying to go through. this was over the labor day weekend. I talked to the staff here and they said ohh well you will have to pay it. I tried talking to management and they said no one is there at the time. staff is not understanding and I dont think i will renew my lease here again,.

Lived there for a year and it was a breeze. Beautiful community, conveniently located, nice staff, easy process - everything online which I personally appreciate. Nice amenities and no issue with the apartment.

Moises is always a pleasure to work with, he answers all my questions and is very helpful. We have only been here a few months and no issues so far. Highly recommend The Bowery to all of our friends!

Pay close attention to the complaints mentioned in the other reviews. The hallways and elevators do often smell like dog urine, the mailroom is extremely unorganized, and we also often get notifications that the gates are down. This week 4-5 of their gym machines were out of order. The one that I used was a safety hazard, and wobbled unstably at a certain speed. Most importantly, in this heatwave, our air conditioning unit has repeatedly broken down. Additionally, we were told it is their policy to open the apartment door, if we do not answer, while we are home. How is it that we can wait all weekend with no air conditioning, and staff can't wait at the door for 3-5 minutes, so that I can get to the door in appropriate clothing? Think about renting here very carefully. Thanks. Edit: To address their reply- We are glad that you are "pleased" that our apartment is no longer 80 degrees. We appreciate you for repairing the AC for the third time this month. Hoping it will last this time, considering our rent expenses. You mentioned two portable units that were meant to keep the temperature cool, but two air dehumidifiers are not designed to do that. Thanks, again.
