The team all work very hard to make Shelby a comfy and cozy place to call home. The residents are pretty respective and cool, a very nice community to be part of. The maintenance team is awesome, especially Josh. He is always thoroughly, efficient, and extremely polite. He always explains his next move while fulfilling our service request. Happy to call this place home.☺️

I’ve really enjoyed living at Shelby at Northside Drive. The community is well-maintained, the scenery from my balcony is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere has made it a great place to call home. I also want to give special recognition to Grace Namur, who has consistently gone above and beyond. Grace is always welcoming, patient, and professional. Every interaction with her has been pleasant, and she truly represents the kind of customer service that makes a community stand out. She takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and ensures that residents feel supported. Thank you, Grace, for your kindness and for always being so helpful. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

I’ve lived here for just about 3 years, and the current office staff is superb! The apartment manager, Grace, is very present with residents needs and concerns. I’ve always enjoyed our interactions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that desires a clean and maintained apartment that is well managed.

I recently moved here from across the country and have had a great experience so far. Although never easy moving from out of state, everyone in the leasing office, specifically Sam, was super helpful throughout the process answering any and all questions I had and making me feel welcome. They went above and beyond, not only making my transition to Shelby a comfortable one, but also giving me information about the Fort Worth community and things to do in my new city. Coming from a previous apartment complex where I had a bad experience, this management team and apartment complex is everything I was wishing I had in my old one. The actual apartment is clean, modern, and a great place to call home with great amenities. I feel comfortable and like I am living in a safe area where I can relax. The views of the city are definitely a huge benefit too. There are great outdoor fitness opportunities that I have already taken advantage of with my dog that are just minutes from the apartment complex. If you are a dog lover like myself, you will be hard pressed to find a more dog friendly spot to call home, which is a major plus to me. All in all, I would recommend Shelby at Northside to anyone looking for a new home!
