I’ve been living at this complex for about 3 years and there has been a lot of staff turn around. The grounds are beautiful. Parking has become an issue with the winery next door. It used to be enforced that trash cans could only be placed out an hour before pickup. Now, people leave their trash out all weekend sometimes. The stairwells are very gross and have not been cleaned. HOWEVER, Richard, one of the groundskeepers has stayed consistent throughout management changes. He is kind, listens to concerns, and even became a friends with my dog (who takes a while to warm up to others). Richard has painted all of the hallways, picks up dog areas, and cleans the hallways. He’s very approachable and helps with any problems residents have. Thank you Richard!!

Beautiful location, apartments, and amenities are kept up very well. Nicole in the office was amazing and answered all our questions. Definitely our first pick!

I visited looking for my daughter and was pleasantly greeted by the Community Manager, Nicole. She was very kind and helpful. I toured the amenities and my favorite was the beautiful pool. I was able to view a 1 bedroom and loved the luxury feel. I feel my daughter will love it! I also felt confident that she would be fully cared for by the amazing Community Manager, Nicole as she takes much pride in the Community.
