The finishes look great can't deny that. We only lived here for about 10 months then sold the home. The HOA is to pricey for what you get. These reviews are not from people who have lived here

These homes are built with high quality and have the easiest 2 minute drive into downtown Fort Worth! The views of the Trinity River are calming, as well as the access to walking the Trinity Trail beside it. I would highly recommend these homes to anyone who likes this beautiful city and doesn’t want to compromise on quality.

I recently had the opportunity to view these town homes in Ft. Worth. I build in Denver and Austin and was absolutely floored by the finish level in these units. The attention to detail is incredible. Each unit was different in terms of layout, but all had very interesting angles when it came to the rooms, stairs, etc... The layouts are phenomenal. Aside from having great aesthetic design features, the quality is something I'd expect to see in a $1M+ home...open riser stairs with butcher block treads, solid brass door handles on every door...that are also solid core, iron entry doors, Thermador appliances, and the list goes on. The "feel" of the features in these units live up to, and even surpass, the design and finishes...which is hard to do. Walk in one of these and you won't question the quality. I can guarantee that.
