I have been living here for 7 months and I can say these apartments are great! It is my first apartment and Carlos made the process super easy. Very nice modernized units. I love the quiet area, how close my apartment is to 7th St, and how they just added a new nice bar in front of the apartments. Great restaurants nearby such as Salsa Limon, Wingstop, and Heim BBQ! When an issue arises, I call maintenance, and they are super quick to fix the issue. I recommend these apartments 100%.

My move in went smoothly. Carlos was very fast with getting me moved in. I had some good rest. I like how modern my apartment looks. It’s so modern that I’m going to have to be re educated on the air conditioning. lol. The move was so WORTH it.❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am wondering here if it’s just me or any tenant has similar issues. My bathroom started leaking water last Sunday 5/26, notified the management that day and sent maintenance. The guy cat the boards out as seen on the photos and never returned to anything for 8 days. Today is 6/02/24. Perhaps you don’t care about tenants but I wish you give a little respect to your own property.

moved here last August when I got a teaching position in Fort Worth and found this place online. I am renting an apartment here since then but a lot have changed in recent months. You would smell weed at all times and people started drinking and hosting parties after hours during weekends. A few weeks ago, the apartment above us had a party going all night long and the people threw up on our driveway. It might be fine if you single and don’t mind such things but can’t be a place for families and kids. And the owners/managers don’t care answering questions. I called for an assistance opening my apartment because I had forgotten my key at work. The guy on the other side of the phone said nobody is around there. I am not sure if they live out of state but he didn’t even care to ask what happened or something like that. Unless, you’re new and don’t know the city, I won’t recommend this place.

It’s a nice quiet area. The new Maintance man Johnny is wonderful at making sure any issue is taken care of and the new office manager is great and helps ensure any issues are resolved.
