Luis was absolutely amazing. He came out and fixed my thermostat quickly and efficiently, and everything was working perfectly in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. I truly appreciate how fast he responded and how smooth he made the whole process. Highly recommend Luis to anyone needing reliable and prompt service!

I love living here. I’ve only been here for a few months, but I’ve had a great experience. The new assistant, Serenity is always smiling when I come in the office and she is quick to assist me with all my questions and concerns. My boyfriend and I are planning to renew the lease next year. I would recommend living here!

I am possibly moving to the area for work and had a great experience with Rise Spring Pointe. Lisa, the property manager, was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the process. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable and informed about the community. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. I would definitely recommend Rise Spring Pointe to anyone considering a move to the area.

To put it simply, please find anywhere else to live but here. The five star reviews are lying to you. There are too many other options in the area to be stuck in this mediocre complex with semi luxury pricing. I lived here for 6 years and now live in a significantly nicer place for about $50 more a month. Better is out there. Keep looking. The gym is a joke. It is a tiny room that is definitely not "state of the art" as advertised. It should barely be counted as an amenity. There truly are dog feces everywhere. I constantly had to watch my step. There was a shooting that I recently discovered was a murder in the parking lot. I could frequently smell weed coming from my vents even though I did not smoke myself. The water is constantly and randomly shut off with little notice. When it is on, your shower will go from scalding hot (not an exaggeration) to freezing cold in seconds. My first floor patio didn't have a gate on it so anyone could have walked up and knocked on my back door which is frightening to say the least. Management is generally unavailable. I am surprised when I call the front and someone actually picks up. They will also say whatever they need to make sure that any negligence is not their responsibility. One of the managers called me about an issue that was actually another resident's mistake. When I went to the office to ask about it, he told me (completely unprompted and unwarranted) that those residents were getting evicted because they "hadn't been paying their rent." I remember feeling like this was confidential and somewhat illegal for me to know. The complex will probably respond to this review with some ChatGPT or copied and pasted comment about how they truly value my feedback and strive to maintain a clean and safe community. This should not be trusted. This "caring" complex sent me an email one day before my move out date asking what they could do to make me stay. I had turned in my notice to vacate months before that and moved into my new place. They do not care. It is all smoke and mirrors. Save yourself the trouble and do not move here. I feel an unbelievable amount of relief knowing that I've paid my final move out statement and never have to deal with this place again.
