I’m leaving this review to document an unresolved towing issue involving my apartment community. My vehicle was towed under circumstances that were unclear and poorly communicated. When I attempted to resolve the matter, I experienced delays, inconsistent explanations, and a lack of accountability regarding both the towing authorization and the associated costs. What’s most frustrating is not just the tow itself, but the absence of clear policies, transparency, and timely assistance afterward. As a resident, I expected better communication and a more professional resolution process. I am currently seeking reimbursement and clarification, and I hope management uses this feedback to review how towing decisions are made and how residents are treated when issues arise. Situations like this create unnecessary stress and could easily be avoided with clearer procedures and better resident support. I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

DO NOT LIVE HERE Not only are they bribing people to leave a good review the place is disgusting. I lived here for about a year and a half during that time, our place was infested with bugs. People were blaring music at all ends of the night. Random people on the stairs. Not only that but someone tried to break into our apartment and the manager texted everything including our names and our apartment number to the dude that tried to break it. This place is a joke. Cops are also always there. Sewer is always backed up and stinks up the whole complex. Just dont live here.

Jeanette Burgess is the best manager in the whole state of Texas, she is loving, patient, and always take care of your issues. The ladies in the office has great customer service. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. The maintenance guys are very dependable, delligent, and very hard workers I am giving this review because of the type of experience I have had. I am so thankful to live here and it's a great place to come to stay especially when you need somewhere to stay. Thank you so much The Rio Apartments Team. It's been a different management now, same maintenance team. I live here with the new management, Beatrice is one of the leasing management team that has lots of empathy everyone experienced is different I appreciate how the staff was willing to keep property clean, hired a sercruity guard to keep the property safe, I seen for myself that the Camaras were working. I have gotten so many packages delivered here and from my experience I never had anyone steal my package or the staff will let you know if comes to office. To move there has been very quiet for me they are working on keeping things together. All of my neighbor's were quiet and friendly. I will recommend these apartments for peace and quiet, cleaned, and staff that really cares about you.
