Ramble & Rose

I would not recommend this apartment community based on my leasing experience. I was approved on May 20 and was told I would receive a lease agreement, but I was never given a timeline for when that would happen. After waiting a week with no communication, I followed up on May 27 and did not receive a response. Then on June 2, I received an email requesting income verification, despite already being approved. To make matters even more confusing, I also received the lease agreement that same day, even though I had not completed the additional verification request. The lack of communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating and made me question how future resident concerns would be handled. After paying application fees, being approved, and selecting this community as my future home, I was left without updates for nearly two weeks. Because I had no lease to sign and no clear information about when one would be provided, I had to restart my apartment search to ensure I wouldn't be left without housing. This experience was disappointing and unlike anything I have encountered with other apartment complexes. I hope management takes steps to improve communication, provide clear timelines, and keep applicants informed throughout the leasing process. While the property itself may be nice, my experience with the leasing process and customer service was enough for me to decide not to move forward.

I've lived here for a little over 3 years. Since I originally toured the common areas in the building have gone down hill. During the transition period between the last management company to this one the common areas became absolutely filthy. There have been some improvements in that regard. But getting a maintenance request fulfilled has been a nightmare since the beginning of this year. It took 3 months for anything to be done about my issues with my washer this winter. Maintenance enters apartments with zero warning regardless of if you request prior contact or not. Do not under any circumstances get a unit over the pool, the sound in the summer is horrible all day long any day of the week. Construction around the property has made getting in and out of the building a nightmare. The actual units themselves look good but other aspects of this complex make it not worth it to me anymore.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brittney and the entire team at Ramble & Rose! Apartment hunting can be overwhelming, but Brittney made the entire process seamless from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect home. Every question I had was answered promptly, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and confident throughout the leasing process. Thank you, Brittney, for all of your help and for making this such a positive experience. Ramble & Rose is lucky to have you!

Brittany was awesome! She was extremely helpful and gave me and my girlfriend an amazing tour around the complex and genuinely cared to help us get set up with the application and answered any questions we had. She is definitely a big reason why we are strongly considering moving here and hopefully will soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have lived at Ramble & Rose and have truly enjoyed my experience. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff has always been professional, friendly, and responsive when needed. One thing I appreciate most is that it feels like a community rather than just an apartment complex. The grounds are kept up nicely, common areas are clean, and management works hard to make residents feel welcome and valued. No place is perfect, but Ramble & Rose has been a great place to call home. I am grateful for the positive experience I have had here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed place to live.
