I have lived here a few years now. I have had some really good interaction with the office staff. And then on the other hand, I’ve had some really poor interaction with the office staff. It is real hit or miss. Some days I feel like they’re trying really hard and other days I feel like they don’t understand how customer service works. For example, I called in about a temporary cable that Spectrum ran across the parking lot because it is an eye sore and a safety hazard. My simple question was how much long would this temporary cable be there (it had been there for a few months.) Instead of telling me a time frame or a plan on when it would be removed they indicated it was spectrum responsibility and they didn’t know how long it would last. This is there private property shouldn’t they know that. If spectrum ran a temporary cable across my driveway in a house I owned I would know and push for a permanent repair. Isn’t something like this there job? I would think so but they had a not my job mentality. On the other hand I have had them go out of there way for me helping me get a package off my door step when it got delivered when was out of town.

For the price , space, and location (near the highway) they are good. There’s a park just across the street as well. The office staff is great! They’re respectful, courteous, helpful, and their customer service is superb. You may see a few bugs here and there. The walls are also thin. They’re pretty old fashioned and could use some work as they were built in the 70’s? Other than that there aren’t many problems here.

I came in Saturday to put in application with Ms.Sylvia and had one of the best experiences I’ve had in years they were so knowledgeable so helpful so on it that it was such an easy process. She took her time showing me different options and even though someone was waiting didn’t rush me in my process was very honest with the waiting list time. I truly appreciate my experience and hoping to be living in this amazing community with these amazing property managers. They definitely know what there doing here!!😊
