My stay at the Primavera Apartments has been pleasant so far. When I first moved into the apartment, everything worked well, and the apartment itself was in good condition. The surrounding area of the apartment complex also appears to be well-maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet, which improves the stay. Overall, the Primavera Apartments have been a nice place to stay.

This place is trash!!!!! ROACHES ROACHES !!!!! The pest control guy sprays bullcrap the manager doesn’t care about the property the maintenance man lazy !!!! People leave trash all over the place they have loud tenants that don’t shut up! I’m so glad I moved outta here!!! Thank god I didn’t have a rat issue but I’ve heard about it!!!! Go somewhere but here !!!!

Big big rats. Roaches were falling out of the cabinets, elderly man, live with rat 🐀 they were in tub drinking water not acceptable.

Primavera Apartments is a comfortable and quiet place to live. The apartments are practical, and the environment is clean. The staff is professional and very responsive, making it easy to live here. It has been a pleasant experience so far.
