They will rent to anybody. There are no amenities here, not even a Coke machine.

I've Lived here 3 years now, prices have gone up only 90$ in the time that i've been here. So far it's been a nice location to live i'll give them a 5/5 for now since the dingle berry rated it with a 1 due to problems I have never encountered. Here's a list of some pros and cons about this property that I will update over time. -They're flexible with you if you're a little late on a payment and rent is cheap for the location you're in. -The new maintenance man is new but not bad at his job and shows motivation and wants to get things done. -There is Monthly Land care where they go around trimming the property and patios if you're not creating a garden or something of the likes. -The interior paint could be a different color, old countertops and cabinets need to be replaced. -Some apartment units do need a window a/c as they do get very hot in the summer where your electric bill can easily kick up into the hundreds if trying to keep the apartment cool with the central A/C. -Winters have been fine, no we did not have any blackouts during the terrible storm of 2021. Central heater works adequately. Pipes do need to be left active during very cold days or they will freeze over. -Living room main windows are too thin, thus allowing a lot of noise in and our of your large main living room windows. -Lower level apartments seem to have problems with ground water either seeping up through the foundation or leaking down the walls during or after a heavy rain. So far this has been an enjoyable place to live, I will update my review over time to keep those interested in the know of how things are going on.

Impossible to reach. No one to answer phones and no call backs, including online inquiries. Not sure how they're leasing anything out.

Amazing price for the location! Apartments with patios, huge floorplans, less than 1k. ππ
