Pavillion At Samuels

Pavilion at Samuels and Jennings place are owned by the same company. They never answer the phone. And when I went to the leasing office the girl was just sitting there looking at her phone while the office phone was ringing off the hook. The apartments look cute and some look Industrial fun. It wasn't a good fit for my friend who is in her seventies.

Zach I have lived at Jennings for 2 years and then moved to Pavillion. I have always received great service everytime. And always nice and pleasant. Thank you so much!!!!!

These are the absolute cutest townhomes in the area. The maintenance team is kind and efficient. Thanks guys!

I've been living here 4yrs and I pray I never have to move. It's quiet and close enough to things and places I need. Working with Louis and Craig in the office, has been a good experience. Living here has made my move to FW the best decision ever.
