Great community excellence rental staff

I was looking at these apartments due to my son going to school across the street. Property manager Joanna was very respectful & professional including Angeliz @ front desk. They gave me a tour of the apartments & immediately applied. Located in a great area with parks nearby & very safe & peaceful within the community. I recommend this place 10/10

We've lived here 4 years now, it is a very small and quiet community. Every place will have it's issues; but they are resolved really quickly by the maintenance guy, who does live on site in case of an emergency. Very clean and quiet, the only thing I wish they would do is enforce trespassing by neighborhood residents next to us illegally dumping large items, and filling the dumpster up quickly during holidays and weekends...but happy here

My daughter lived there with my grandkids, and they had to move due to the mice in her apartment. She notified them, but the issue wasn't resolved until she moved out without compensation for the inconvenience or damages. Well, hopefully, it was resolved before the new tenants moved in.
