Do not stay here!!!! There is a lot of theft and break-ins. If you go look, you will see alot of ac condensers outside that have had the copper stripped down. People have window units because of it. The pool is completely drained out. They have had a lot of plumbing issues. Don't waste your time or money on this property!!!!!!

Park Oaks Condominiums neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Everyone tends to their own business. There's no loitering. The condos are spacious. The Property Manager (Tracy) works with you respectfully. The maintenance men fix the reported repairs in a timely manner. It's been a pleasure residing in a gated community with some phenomenal neighbors.

I have been a longtime resident of this complex for many years. Tracy is the best. Always goes above and beyond for her residents. There have been maintenance issues but Dave is on top of it at all times. If there is a snag with parts and such the communication is on point. They both care a lot about the residents here and that’s why I choose to stay here. Rules are welcomed. They are here for a reason and not a lot of riff raft here which makes this a very safe and quiet complex.

I absolutely love this place! Very affordable spacious living. Very strict rules on property in which I love. Wonderful management. Maintenance always goes above and beyond. No bugs, no parking problems, and no loitering. Really safe gated community. If I could change one thing about the property I would change the stucco on the buildings. It looks dated and I would like to see a remodeled look. Overall I love this place. Fort Worth's best kept secret.
