had an amazing experience brooke was so great helped a lot when moving in was very attentive sent as many pictures since I wasn’t able to come in person to view the apartment she always has an answer and is ready to help at any moment not a bad experience at all Brooke was so helpful and she’s so amazing.

I absolutely LOVE my new apartment home and community! Brooke was so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, the leasing staff is awesome. Beautifully upgraded units and amazing amenities, the location couldn’t be any better! I only have great things to say.

Brooke Cooper at Park 7th was fantastic to work with during my leasing process. She was extremely attentive, patient, and responsive — answering what felt like a million questions from me without ever making me feel rushed or like a burden. We absolutely love living at Park 7 here on wimberly. Recently new management took over and needless to say they have been by far the best as far as support, keeping the place clean, being prompt and professional and being over all , good people. We recently moved into a new apartment with the help of Camryn and Brooke and I cannot thank them enough for the assistance that was provided ! Definitely recommend living here if anyone’s looking for a new place to call home !

Love living at Park 7! New management has brought great improvements, and the communication has been excellent. The team is friendly, listens to residents, and truly cares. Management changes usually come with frustration, but this transition has been smooth and positive. I’ve lived here for 5 years, and we have a safe, welcoming community that continues to get better. Highly recommend!
