Worst apartments ever! Noisy upstairs neighbors. Management said they would handle the noise disturbance and it’s only getting worse. Kids running stomping throwing furniture around all day everyday. They are literally having a field day inside their apt with no consequences. My neighbors have no consideration for others around them. 4 times already there has been urine inside the elevators and throw up 3 times. Dog feces all around the grass nobody picks up after themselves or their dogs. Trash, food, bags of raw meat all up and down the stairs, it’s just filthy! Kids running throughout the hallways people arguing in the early a.m. and in the middle of the night. Homeless people in the trash areas half naked! I have not had one peaceful or quiet day since I been here and have paid my rent on time every time. This is just very unsanitary, with people urinating any and every where, and the throw up and dog feces. It is not safe here at all. I keep getting knocks on my door with no one being there. The fitness center is just awful! Kids running around playing with equipment. Broken machines already kids throwing balls around and almost made me fall off the treadmill! It only let me download the pictures not the videos of my upstairs neighbors loud noises, I have been documenting everything with times and dates. UPDATE-noises from neighbors have gotten worse! They are doing it on purpose now that they know nothing will happen to them. For the recent review that says they are clean and upkeep, I added more recent photos of the so called cleanliness. Also, management is responsible for not taking measurements for constant noise complaints! Come stay a few hours in my apartment and you will think otherwise. Not only is the dog feces in the grass but also in the hallways where we walk. The noise never gets better, only worse! I work long hours and can never come home and relax due to the constant noise from my upstairs neighbors. It is so bad that I have had to rent hotels just to have a good nights sleep. I also recently have been awakened out of bed at 3am due to loud thumps and could not go back to sleep, this has happened on multiple occasions coming from my neighbors upstairs. It is so unfair that we pay our rent on time and have to suffer like this!

So far I'm in love with my apartment I read the reviews before moving and saw complaints of things that are normal people wall hard kids run around management can't control that I also love the speedy response to my maintenance request and the fact these apartment are roach free is a 5 star on its own. I'm never leaving.

When inquiring for an apartment I also asked for a top floor, when reviewing my apt number I was told I can’t change it because they assign them to you. You can’t withdraw once approve, you forfeit your deposit. Which they already knew many would do after reviewing their unit! Very much a scam! Upstairs neighbors kid(s) are constantly running from bedroom to bedroom! Like please let your child outside to play!! The playground is literally downstairs! The days I work from home I hear stomping, running, dropping heavy items, chairs scooting throughout the floor or maybe a toy car from 6am-1030pm. You know you give people a week to move in cool, buts it’s going on a month and it’s everyday, I understand here and now when but I can’t even enjoy a sleep in day! The flooring is THIN as imagined how fast and half-assed these apartments were built. If they were doing plank flooring they should have added triple layering! There’s holes in the walls that aren’t covered from the builders, chipped wood, uneven sealer on the windows and shower walls, plus a huge gap under the front door. When paying rent they don’t tell you your 1st time would be a money order, in order to have access to the portal. I would’ve paid early if I knew that as I was traveling for work for the first of the month. I was lucky enough to catch them on the 3rd with my money order. The hallways can be noisy some days with DV going on. Those people should be evicted after many reports with proof on video surveillance, no one should be hearing your arguments/fights/screaming especially in the hallways! The apartment’s are a good start to say the least but not great! Front staff encounter no complaints there responsive.

Moved here beginning of the year when it was barely anyone here. When the staff was nice the property was clean. Now since management changed everything is going downhill n you can tell the move in any n everybody just to get the property full. Dog park stay nasty residents let their dog poop any n everywhere without cleaning it up. The front office staff is RUDE n DON’T CARE about your concerns cause I’ve been complaining about the same thing for months now. This property needs better management n front office staff. Cause it will be a run down property real soon n they just opened up

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved to this property back in December when they were filling building 3 I requested a top floor apartment and was advised that was what I was getting. Everything was good I got my keys and sign in my lease. I was walked to the apt unit when I realized it was a 3rd floor unit!! keep in mind, The building has 4 floors! I asked the leasing specialist why wasn’t I on the top floor she said because the permit for the elevator wasn’t approved yet. Fast Forward to January, they placed the noisiest person above me that throws parties all night till 4 AM! Let’s their kids run back-and-forth all day and night Stomping and jumping. I reported multiple incidents and they claimed they can’t do nothing about it! Denied my transfer to another unit request, and refused to let me out of my lease! I pay $1500+ monthly for rent! This is not a peaceful living environment!! Its getting more Ghetto each day!!! Reeks of weed smoke in the hallways And trashcan always overflowing already! Deceitful and uncaring Property management team!! UPDATE!! The response from the owner is total nonsense the property manager and the regional manager were the ones WHO MADE THE DECISION NOT TO ALLOW ME TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER UNIT OR RELEASE ME FROM MY LEASE W/O PENALTY. THEY DONT RESPOND OR ADDRESS MY COMPLAINTS!! I HAVE CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY FOR GUIDANCE UPDATE 3/31/25! MANAGEMENT STILL REFUSES TO SPEAK WITH ME IN PERSON!! WONT RETURN MY CALLS OR RESPOND TO EMAILS! UPDATE 4/23/25! Upon attempting to put in my 60day notice today since this issue is still being ignored. The property manager finally spoke with me and advised she would not accept my notice unless I paid UPFRONT two months of rent plus a reletting fee ( that is not included on my original lease THAT I SIGNED AND AGREED TO 🤔) such a scam! smh i’m literally the victim and I am being punished like I’m the problem.
