Oakmont Apartments

I didn’t have a good experience with the leasing office. When we walked in for a scheduled appointment, the staff member didn’t greet us warmly no “good morning” or welcome just “How can I help you?” in a tone that felt unfriendly. I explained we had an appointment, and she said she needed to check if we had one, then told us to sit on the couch and wait. After that, she continued typing on her computer without any further communication or acknowledgment. We ended up leaving because the interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. First impressions matter, especially when you’re considering a place to live. Customer service should make potential residents feel valued, not like an inconvenience. I hope management works on improving the front office experience

I toured with Angie recently and she was so incredibly rude. She had the worst attitude and every question we had about pricing and our budget was met with a judgmental tone. It seemed as though she felt we were wasting her time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing, Angie.

Rosie was very kind and very helpful with my move-in process. She went out of her way to make sure everything was set for me to move in and any issues I had she took care of in a very timely manner. I moved to Arbors On Oakmont from a very bad rundown apartment complex, where I had had a very bad experience and I am looking forward to a very joyful experience here at Arbors On Oakmont. The neighbors are kind the Office people are kind Angie Are just great and I think I’m going to love living here

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Arbors Apartment Complex I’ve had an excellent experience at The Arbors and couldn’t be happier giving them a full five stars. From the moment I first visited, Angie, the manager, set the tone for what this community is all about. She is incredibly informative, warm, and welcoming. She takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and truly helps you feel at ease throughout the entire process. The grounds are always beautifully maintained—clean, landscaped, and clearly cared for on a regular basis. It’s obvious that the staff takes pride in keeping the community looking its best. The maintenance team is equally impressive. They are prompt, professional, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is working exactly as it should. Overall, The Arbors is a well-run, well-kept place to live, and Angie and the entire team deserve recognition for creating such a positive environment. Highly recommend!

I recently toured an apartment with Rosa Ramon, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Rosa was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. She provided clear and thorough answers to all of my questions and made sure to highlight important details about the unit, amenities, and lease terms. Throughout the viewing, Rosa was attentive and patient, allowing me to take my time while also offering helpful insights that I wouldn’t have considered on my own. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I had a great experience, and I would gladly work with Rosa again. Highly recommended!
