This apartments are horrible they don't fix nothing been without a stove for a year 😒

Apartments are infested with cockroaches, management doesn't care. Lady didn't want to give me my deposit back, which I already knew because someone told me that they give bunch of excuses not to give you your money back. We didn't have hot water for about a week, took forever to fix it, there's always leaks. They just paint the walls, bathtubs etc so it can look like they new. Apartments have mold. My bathroom window, bedroom window and kitchen window had bunch of mold. They need to start investing money in that place. Everything is old!!

My aunt and I lived here for 3 years and paid $1,145 in an apt deposit. We left the apartment in better conditions than it was given to us except for a couch the apt manager told me she was going to help me remove and not to worry about it. JUST TO FIND OUT THESE NEW PROPERTY MANAGERS DONT RETURN DEPOSITS LIKE I WAS TOLD FROM THE BEGINNING THAT I WOULD GET BACK AFTER THE APT MANAGER WALKED MY APT. My aunt has reached out many times through email for clear understanding as to why we are not getting the deposit back for no-one to answer any emails or questions regarding our deposit money. We have no way of contacting anyone else other than the apt manager and if the owner responds to these reviews than maybe the owner could answer our questions and my aunts emails as to why we are not getting our deposit back. Section 92.101 through Section 92.110 of the Texas Property code details the obligations of the property and the deposit return. Why are they not being properly executed by your company? Maybe like this my aunt and i could get some proper answers .

These apartments are clean and bug free. The air blows cold and it is quiet here I love it. The new apartment manager is nice respectful and very helpful to me. Peaceful just what I needed and wanted.

This is a clean, family friendly place. Great, helpful staff in an excellent location!
