My spouse and I are looking for an apartment. We stopped by Monticello for a visit and Nelida was awesome. She was very friendly and she went above and beyond to explain everything to us. Great customer service skills

I lived here for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. The office staff was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. The maintenance supervisor, Jeff was helpful and responded to our needs in a timely manner. The townhomes are in a great location--the neighborhood is quiet and calm (what we were looking for after living in downtown), but you still have the convenience of living close to West 7th area. Overall the location, garage, and kindness of fellow residents and office staff made our experience great. I would definitely live here again and recommend it to others.
