Have loved living here the last 8 months! The office ladies and Mario are super friendly! Safe neighborhood. Quiet neighbors. Gonna stick around a while.

I’ve lived here 12 years. I’ve been thru several management, and this one is a keeper. They are very attentive. It’s my opinion that all the negative feedback people need to give this team of management a fair wait time. I’ve had my troubles thru the years; air conditioning, flooding, water going out all the time, etc…I’ve learned to take it in stride. This team is trying their best to make it right. This is my home!!

I don't normally take the time to post reviews but for the sake of people considering this property, I'm going to. This is obviously anonymous but the onsite staff and the regional manager will know who I am. My experience at Monticello has been a nightmare to say the least. Maybe some people have a had a pleasant experience but I have not. I've been ignored, lied to, laughed at and bait and switched. The RM has done nothing but make excuses and offer fake apologies. No compensation of any type. Actually, all of her solutions cost me money, go figure. My unit's kitchen has flooded not once, but twice. The A/C doesn't cycle like it supposed to and runs non-stop. The make-ready condition was really bad. Paint splatter all over the floor. Candle wax drippings in random places, kitchen cabinets with peeling paint. The worst part is the rats. Yes, I said rats. I have to buy new furniture since they have eaten holes in my couch and ottoman. At my own expense, I'm going to have to have my unit cleaned and sanitized. Imagine rats relaxing on your couch when you aren't home. Disgusting right? Zero F's given by the onsite staff or Price Realty Corporation. The dumpster areas are disgusting and the main reason why there's a rat problem on the southeast end of the property. Even though the they are emptied daily, there is a constant pile of trash and filth outside the dumpster that's never picked up. It's beyond a health and sanitation issue. I'm paying full market rate for a crap apartment with rat and A/C issues, a freezer with no ice maker, no microwave and no lighting. Monticello and Price Realty Corporation have done very little to make any of it right. No rent refund, no reduction....nothing. Consider yourself warned!

The service is very bad and the maintenance service is never fulfilled. The dogs are on the shepherd and they don't pick it up. Their feet are always full of poop. They say they have a gym but there isn't one. The washing machines don't work and they say they are included and they don't work. The apartments are flooded. I don't recommend it at all. Bad customer service.

I went into speak to Linda Moye, about an issue I had in my apartment. Not only did she update me on when issue will be resolved, she engaged in conversation with me and make me really feel like I picked the perfect apartments to move into! Linda make me feel like family more than a tenant. So if you go to Monticello apartments on Bailey, you will get a warm welcome and friendly conversation!
