Kind of a pain to navigate too many Californians in Fort Worth.

Not in a good area. I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying a condo in a place that’s going downhill so rapidly. Lots of loitering, people doing burnouts, shootings (bars on W 7th), and tow truck drivers that are causing scenes and making the parking lot impossible to navigate.

Concierge at front desk at east lobby on Saturday morning 9/30/2023 is beyond rude and has poor people skills. He needs to go through training or be fired.

Great place to live, eat, and shop. I’ve owned condos in both towers and think it’s one of the more unique buildings in Ft Worth, especially with the history of the building dating back to 1928.
