Maintenance issues.

Me and my fiancé came in to tour and Alice did such a wonderful job showing us around. She was so kind and welcoming as soon as we came through the door. Although we didn't schedule a tour, she was quick to show us when we asked. She answered all of our questions about the complex with ease and assurance and the tour was fantastic! Alice was such a great help for our apartment hunting process!!

If I could leave no stars I would. How are you going to claim to be anything but a slum lord when you change an insane amount for rent but don't fix what's broken. My mom's dishwasher has never worked since she moved in. Her apartment is always hot today it's over 90 degrees in her apartment. The patio needs to her apartment needs to be fixed the wood is rotting.... She has reported all of this to maintenance and still nothing is fixed just here let me shoot some Freon to it there it's fixed. Oh and my car was towed from the visitor parking even when it being registered. Don't rent here! Loud music all night long on Friday and Saturday night. This place only wants your money they don't care about the tenant.

Me and my family just toured Maxwell apartments. Alice was our tour guide. Along with fun energy and REALLY nice apartments. I look forward to be moving in soon.

I want to say a huge thank you to Veronica the manager. My mother didn’t have me to help her with the moving process and was nervous of the language barrier and possibly not having anyone understand what she needed. I called the office and spoke to Veronica and informed her and she walked my mom through everything and made her moving process so smooth without me there. So far she loves her apartment. Thank you again.
