If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst apartments ever. You will have roaches, you’ll wake up to them crawling all on you no matter how clean you may have your unit , packages always stolen, maintenance ? Who are they? Plumbing problem , overall problems , new management took over and if you’re any smarter than her she’s just gonna cut your conversation short. Your mail ? Ohh get it before they lock up the mail room , the pool to what I’m told has been closed for over a year, the park is a hazard for children , lifted plastic on the slides. Any child can get hurt. I dont care how desperately you need a place , I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great place Beatrice helped me out a lot. I even picked the apartment i wanted and I am grateful for her going out her way to make sure me and my daughter have somewhere to live. Working with me when she didn't have to. Thank you. Really love the apartment can't wait to decorate ☺️

I am a current resident. I say save your money in your time. Go somewhere else they don’t fix nothing I’ve been on a work order for the same issues for a year. The roaches are ridiculous. They’ll be roaches in there before you move and they will make you pay for the clean out even though they was there before you got there management has you sign in paperwork that they were supposed to be doing? They changed dates And they suck at communication and Patricia. The manager is rude and will gaslight you please go somewhere else

Save your time and move somewhere else! Trust the bad reviews! I didn't. Pest control is non-existent. My move in photos tells you everything you need to know. No one in the office has been helpful. They act like they care, and nothing gets done. The maintenance team has been the only helpful people on property. The pool hasn't been opened in years. This place is awful. The kids here run around, cursing and climbing on cars. Someone backed into my car and damaged the front end, and the office has no cameras to help the police identify who did it. Homeless people with severe mental health issues and drug addicts run rampant through here at night, breaking into cars. One walked into my home as I was just I was coming in, putting groceries away. Thank goodness my kids were not home. This place is the worst! Rats have started to come to our apartment. 15 rats caught in 1 week. If you don't get shot at, your car will get damaged.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They have a horrible roach problem that they do nothing about. I have several videos and pictures of them. The structure is bad so there are open cracks in walls. I’ve told them since day 1 that my dishwasher door has a large burn in the door with mold on it from the previous tenant and to this day (almost a year later) my dishwasher hasn’t been replaced. Trash is left everywhere!! Pets aren’t welcomed but so many people in my building alone have pets! I’ve complained to the office staff, wrote and spoke with someone one in the corporate office and just recently put a call in to code compliance. This place needs serious investigation. They were being inspected and sent a letter out ask us to get rid of all evidence of roaches both dead and alive. I’m not moving anything. Those inspectors need to see how filthy they have tenants living.
