Very unprofessional staff. My mother's file mysteriously disappeared and she mysteriously disappeared from the waitlist. She was told a few months ago that she was #2 on the list and all of a sudden they can't find her on the list or in the system. We did everything we were told and now she basically needs to fill out everything again and start from scratch. So disappointing at their lack of professionalism and empathy towards people. A blessing in disguise I guess. We'll definitely be looking elsewhere.

I'm a healthcare driver transporting clients to and from the doctor this facility is very hard to enter the apartment complex gates are not easy to get in the residents complain about the situation because if you can't get to your appointments because of the gates being constantly repaired or gate code are changing.

If this is the only thing you can afford, but beware. The office staff is very very unprofessional and disrespectful to their elderly residents. And your rent payment just might come up missing despite having a “secure onsite drop box.” I wonder if the management company is aware of these problems?

Gossip Central. I wouldn't live here if I could afford rent in this town. I'd write a paragraph concerning the problems of living here, but I don't want repercussions! The apartments themselves are nice. Granite counter tops, deep kitchen sink, wooden blinds, Hunter ceiling fans, large bathtubs and a huge closet as you enter. There's also free wifi, a computer room, a small laundry room on all 5 floors, and a limited amount of covered parking. All bills are paid. The appliances are small, including the dishwasher. The kitchen could be bigger, with more cabinet space. I cook and bake a lot, and it's a pretty confined space. The window units have mixed reviews. If you have a good one, as I do, they're fine, but they're extremely LOUD. They don't have quite enough push to keep the bathroom cool or warm, so I use a fan or space heater. If you're on a limited income, as I am, you can actually live here comfortably without having to struggle with bills, etc. If you can't deal with busybodies, and aren't interested in activities like BINGO or morning coffee with a side of gossip, do like I do, stay in your apartment! This is a HUD subsidized building.
