Honestly I really like living here. This is my first apartment and it’s been a really easy experience so far. The office staff is super cool and easy to talk to, and maintenance is actually quick. Our washer started going out and they fixed it the next day which was nice. The gym being open 24 hours is a big plus too. Everyone here is pretty chill and it’s a relaxed vibe. I’m on the third floor and I like it a lot. Also the hot water lasts for all of us which is great because I take long showers lol. Overall it’s been a good place to live.

This place SUCKS. The room was filthy and infested with bugs when we got here. The gates never work. The AC, sink, and toilets were broken when we got here. We've put in several work orders to have the sink fixed and they never fixed it. They only hired one maintenance worker (God bless him, they need to give him some coworkers so he doesn't have to do all these rooms by himself). Bikes and scooters are constantly stolen from here because the pedestrian gates are wide open (because they don't work and are easy to get through without a code). Live in Molly Reid or Village East instead if you're a TCU student.

WORST APARTMENT EVER. Heater broken all the time. I have to wake up in a 58 degree house, and maintainance only have 1 guy and the last time he check up my house. the A/C broke. It was fine before he visited. The train is blasting all night you cannot catch a break. Hot water is non-existent 80% of the time. I couldn't even enjoy a bath because the hot water run out half way through the tub. Black out a lot but very slow to fixing it. I had to spend the last day of the year in pitch black. Gate is constantly broken and locks up any one with a car and a lot of people have missed their work and classes.
