I had a great experience at Jennings Place thanks to Adrianne and Luis. They were both super friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy, welcoming me with warm smiles. They answered all of my questions and made the entire visit enjoyable. The property is very nice and beautifully located in the heart of Fort Worth. I highly recommend this community and its amazing team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have lived at Jennings Place (formerly Hillside apts.) since 2015. I recently moved in with my daughter due to health issues or I would still be living there. I am 85 years old and over the years have seen many staff come and go and all were extremely efficient, competent, helpful and caring. Living there gave me the ability to live close to Downtown and all it has to offer and to walk back home safely to my cozy nest. Luis and Craig were in the office when I left. They were great. Never failed to help me out quickly and expediently.Over the years I have very often relied on the maintenance workers. There again the maintenance staff were great. Always. Even when my alarm went off in the middle of the night they were there. I had hoped I would remain there forever but circumstances did not allow that to happen. I miss living there. Thanks to all. The Jennings Place staff are wonderful from the front Desk of Craig, leasing manager Luis and maintenance staff Andre, Zack and Charles. Community manager Adrianne. Wonderful community! Love it!

The leasing staff, Craig, Luis and Adrian went above and beyond to help me get into a unit quickly. The unit had very little issues on move in aside from an issue with the toilet constantly running. I put in a work order for and that day the maintenance assistant manager, Zachary came and fixed it quickly and took the time to answer some questions I had on how to make sure that doesn’t happen again and what signs to look for if I need to call them back out. He was very polite and professional and it only took him a few minutes to diagnose, repair and clean up. I am very pleased with the staff here and will be recommending this property to any of my friends who plan to move to downtown.

Craig gave us a fantastic tour with a fantastic attitude. Answered all of our questions and took great care of us on our tour. Amazing person and very informative. I am very grateful to have been introduced to the area by him. Excited to see what we can do!
