I need to speak up about something serious. My car tires were stolen, most likely around midnight. I asked around, and no one saw anything. It’s frustrating that there’s no secure gate or proper security here. Anyone can enter the complex at any time, and that puts all of us at risk. We pay to live here and should feel safe. Please be careful with your vehicles and belongings. We really need better security measures. Honestly, for any future residence, I would never suggest living here !!!!!!!!

I been living here 5 years and no issues. We have new management and staff a wonderful. They have been here for approximately 6 months. They have done a big turnaround and have been fixing things that was not fixed five years ago since I’ve been here they’re great and have a wonderful customer service. Maintenance is quick. You don’t have to wait months and months. I do appreciate you all. Please do not go buy the previous reviews because that’s not the case you will not regret it.

I don’t understand the complaints. I have felt Dana and Elena have become practically like family. If you are willing to help yourrself, they will walk you through it and move mountains you thought were impossible! What they won’t do is allow residents just constantly complain to anyone who will listen and not work on bettering their own situations and failing to follow up with support systems they’ve directed them to. I can attest one of these angels called me on her day off from her own phone to make sure I did the things needed to qualify for my place. I feel like those complaining about everything would not be satisfied no matter where it is. I’ve seen the staff think of ideas outside of the box but it’s up to us to show the effort, and if you’re willing to do you’re part, you will love it here. They really do root for us to level up from whatever we’re working on in our lives. If you’re just willing to listen and follow up on what is required, they will ensure you have a nice place to live within the personal guidelines you have (everyone’s is different) and all that never ending paperwork was worth it! We have to do our part too, but if you’re willing-they will help you with things we don’t even know are out there. It’s apartment living, but none of these women are going to ignore someone with a roach problem. I just can’t imagine any of them being like “too bad”. They always have solutions if you’re willing to do your part. It’s disappointing to see reviews/complaints but had they worked with the staff, could’ve been resolved with some effort regardless of what it is. The office is so much more than leasing agents. These women know so so so so much about so many resources and community assistance programs. Nobody likes paper work and intrusive questions but if you just get it done and over with, they will help you succeed along the way. They can’t snap their fingers and fix every part of our lives for us, , but if you listen with an open mind and do our part, you’ll find the best allies you can hope for. Even maintenance guys look out for us. I disagree strongly with comments saying the staff does not care. We have to care and want whatever it is we are trying to do for whatever season in life we’re in.
