I’ve been living here at Hunter Park Apts. for the last 5 years & I Love being here I feel safe & the the Office leasing agents are so nice . The maintenance guys get things done. I feel at Home ❤️

When we first moved here it was great. I have been here for almost 12 years and this particular apartment for 10. This apartment has not had any updates and has many problems yet they increase the rent by 5 percent every year and now you have to take their internet which is expensive. Just really disappointing especially when rent is actually going down in this zip code. This is called greed. Apartments need to treat their long term tenants better. They do have a good staff and maintenance.

Karen and Tiffany are amazing. Husband and I have been in a one bedroom for a few years with no major issues that went unsolved. We switched from a one to a two bedroom and they took our inexperienced nerves and were very patient with us. Never have to worry about a maintenance ticket getting done cause they have two of the best matinence men on staff.

I lived here now for 12 year's. Moving from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Thanks to the manager Karen coming to my vehicle letting us know that a 2 bedroom when a 2 bedroom this year was coming up in a couple of weeks. We were so happy that we didn't have to go find another apartment complex. I'm disabled and needed to stay on the first floor. Karen and Tiffany made it happen for us. I think the most high God for them and the maintenance guy's. Management is so nice and respectful. If anyone interested in moving into Hunter Park apartments, you will not be disappointed. They will take care of you. 😀Thank you! Hunter Park

Have only been in these apts & have loved them. Grounds are kept, maintenance is attentive, prices are fair & office management are very nice & helpful.
