Hulen Heights Apartments

Hulen Heights Apartments is a great place to live. The community is quiet, well maintained, and safe. Most of the residents have lived here for over 10 years, which really says a lot. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, Diane is always on top of it and gets things taken care of in a timely manner. She and Chuy work well together to make sure all issues are handled properly. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. Great place to live

I’ve never had as great of an experience in an apartment than I have here at Hulen Heights. It’s in a great spot, with great stores and restaurants nearby, while also being close to the interstate to get anywhere quickly. There isn’t a better leasing manager than Diane, I’ve never met a kinder soul and she will get done what it is you need, repairs, assistance with appliances, you name it. Chuy, the maintenance man, is just as reliable. I recommend that if you’re looking for an apartment, you look no further than right here.

This is the best place I have ever lived!! I just wss as not to stay here till I can’t afford it anymore. It’s a small friendly community everyone say hello to you. Very clean and safe place that you can call home. About the Manager Diana she has help me from they one in everything we need, professional, caring and efficient I love her she’s the best. About Chuy the person responsible that everything works good he is very professional and quick to attend your needs. They both are a great time. I’m bless that I have the chance to know them over the years.

I loved living here. Diane, the apartment manager is the best, she has always treated me like family. Chuy, the maintenance manager, works very quickly and will handle any problem promptly. The community is safe and the neighbors I have encountered were extremely friendly. While it is an older complex and does not have any fancy amenities, I have always felt safe here.

I love living in these apartments. Such a great community, quiet and well maintained. Diane, the property manager has been so sweet and helpful always. I am still in shock I found such a great apartment in Ft. Worth at this price. The neighbors have been nice & respectful, everyone maintains their apartments/town homes. Living so close to Central Market is another bonus. I plan on staying here until I am ready to buy - which may never happen in this crazy market. Animal friendly complex. So happy I found this place!
