Greenwood Apartments

I recently toured Greenwood Creek properties, and I must say the apartments are really lovely. Ms.Elda was very kind, and had great energy. She was very patient with all our questions and made the entire process very smooth. In some apartment complexes I have lived at, the staff are very nice and polite until we sign the lease and then don't care at all, but this wasn't the case with Greenwood. The maintenance staff is great and are very prompt as well. And I love the activities hosted by the management. A few downsides are dog litter everywhere, but that isn't the fault of the management. I wish people were a little more mindful. I also had a really difficult time initially getting in touch with the management over phone. All my calls were routed to an AI assistant called Harper, and it was an absolute nightmare. It wouldn't put me in touch with the staff and I had to drive 40 miles to get some urgent answers. Ms. Elda was wonderful, but the AI agent, Harper was an absolute pain and it was incredibly difficult to bypass. It would be great if the management could find a way to work around this, I was so frustrated at one point that I started to second guess my decision to rent here. But I am glad I could eventually touch base with Ms. Elda.

Miss Elda the leasing agent has been absolutely amazing! I was looking for an apartment back in September and she showed us around and talked pricing. Everything made sense and reasonable and since moving in, I’ve had zero complaints. I stop in every so often to say hi to Elda since she was such a ray of sunshine! I hope to continue having the best experiences here : )
