Tracy is a great manager, who is fair and will resolve your matter. Just make sure you fill her in on any issue that has arisen, and she will look into it and ensure it gets taken care of. Staying at the Jameson has been a good experience, and I hope she gets a well-deserved raise!

I’ve been here for 2 years and stay for staff. The staff here is the best and so caring. I talk with Josie a lot and see her around the property running around setting up events and I chat with her there. She has asked me a couple of times what I would like to see which is nice to see. Maintenance is always on top of it every work order is normally done same day or up to 72 hours depending on what it is. Overall you’re not going to see another complex have this kind of staff and they don’t go through staff like water.

I’ll echo the sentiment of several others. This apartment used to be good but the longer I’ve been here the worse it’s gotten. For starters, they are part of gray star, that is the group being sued for using AI pricing control, which is one of the reasons their pricing has become so absurd The gate at our building for the parking lot is constantly broken and takes weeks to repair, the pedestrian gate also broken. They force you to pay $20/mo for a valet trash with no opt out. They make you put your information into a 3rd party service so they can tow and the company they use is extremely rude and expensive, $330 for one midsize for a couple hours. Weight room equipment is starting to wear out and break and none of it gets fixed. The pool this summer was green for a couple weeks. The train is extremely loud. The street lights have been flickering for months. One of my neighbors smokes, the one above me lets his talk pee on the porch and it has dripped down onto my balcony stripping the paint and making it rust. Trees aren’t trimmed and our growing over the parking lot and scrape my truck every time I drive by. The front office staff is really nice but just tells you sorry when something goes wrong. This place is way way way too expensive to just get a sorry instead of we’ll fix it when something goes wrong
