I lived here for almost 4 years. I was quiet, good apartments. Ariel and Hailey are great. Service request is good, they responded quickly. It was a pleasure to live here. Just moved out for distance. Well I just realized that they want to repair the old apartment with your money just because you lived for any time. If you move here, you shouldn't move out because they are going to charge for EVERYTHING. It's very sad but keep the money you need more than me. You aren't honest community Thank you ladies.

I have been here for about a year now and the apartments are decent the interior of the unit isn’t bad lots of space however there seems to be a crime problem. People drive through all the time looking for things to steal, somebody had the rims of their car stolen. There was also a shooting that happened at 3 AM right outside my unit and a police standoff.

i will say its a very quiet complex the insides are decent i guess electric bills are pretty high guess because they are older apartments. i moved out a couple of months ago apartment was clean but thay took almost all my deposit for repairs and cleaning thay even said the stove needed repairs witch everything worked when i moved out the apartment sat for 2 months while I paid rent on it because we moved out of town i took pics of everything it was clean when i left. thay did have quite a few apartments that had been vacant for months i did really think that they would come up with bs to keep my deposit and thay did.so i am not happy with them so be careful of that issue

Went all around the world today looking at apartments, and i can definitely say that this place stood out! Hailei was very professional and welcoming! definitely will be applying once it gets closer to my needed date! ASK FOR HAILEI!! she won’t do you wrong!!

I've lived in this community going on 4 years now and I absolutely love it here. The community is ALWAYS well kept and peaceful. Hailei and Airell in the office are always the sweetest and do anything and everything to help out! Plus the maintenance team is always on top of the work orders I've placed. If you're looking for reliable and comfortable living, I would definitely suggest moving here!
