Martin has been fantastic getting us all set up move in. Very thorough and helpful in getting all of the details squared away. The location is perfect, everything you need is right here. Grocery store, dining options, and green space.

My husband and I have lived here for nearly three years and absolutely love it. The community feel, cleanliness, and prime location truly set EB apart. It’s hard to find another complex in Fort Worth that offers this level of convenience while still feeling safe and walkable. Highly recommend to anyone considering moving here!

I had a great experience at East Bank at Waterside thanks to Samantha and the staff. Samantha was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy from the moment I arrived. She greeted me with a warm smile, listened carefully, and communicated clearly throughout our conversation. The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the entire team was professional and inviting. I highly recommend East Bank at Waterside and its amazing staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Samantha and Catherine oversee the property’s management and have developed a reputation among tenants and staff for being difficult to work with. Their interactions have frequently lacked consistency and professionalism, contributing to strained relationships with both residents and noticeably on-site teams. This stands in contrast to the maintenance and front-desk leasing staff, who have consistently been welcoming, professional, and supportive. Overall, management under their direction has been characterized by poor communication, lack of follow-through, and limited accountability. During our tenancy, dog feces remained in the hallways on our floor for over six months without resolution, despite multiple opportunities for management to address the issue. During lease rollover, we were placed on a month-to-month agreement without notice and were not informed of a one-third rent increase until it was too late, resulting in an additional cost of approximately $1,000. Maintenance also dismantled our kitchen over the course of a week—causing missed work—only to later determine that the leak originated from the apartment below, not our unit. Upon move-out, it required three inspections to have unreasonable charges removed. We were also charged for furniture allegedly left in the trash room, despite no evidence supporting the claim. Additionally, visible water damage along the window seals had gone unaddressed. Parking was consistently insufficient due to a lack of enforcement, allowing non-residents to occupy spaces without consequence. Overall, management routinely dismissed issues when responsibility rested with them, while acting quickly to issue fines and failing to communicate transparently when financial matters were involved. These ongoing issues have contributed to high tenant turnover and a noticeable increase in one-star reviews since Greystar assumed management of the property under Samantha and Catherine.

Very nice place to live, loved the Trinity Trail but very bad management except Emerson and the new lady. Would not recommend for families, people with disabilities or special needs kids. Easily targeted if main language is Spanish. Rules only for certain. If you single, first lovers or retired this is your place. One star because I could not move forward without one.
