If you’re looking into renting here and Terry is the person helping you, just go ahead and look for somewhere else to live. My first interaction with Terry wasn’t an interaction at all- he scheduled my tour with him during his lunch break. For the entire length of the application process, I had to continually reach out to him and press him to do his job. If I hadn’t been constantly on him, the leasing process simply would not have happened. At every turn, I heard “I meant to send that over to you…” or “yeah I was gonna call you but I forgot” which was very frustrating. If I didn’t know any better, I would think that Terry didn’t want anybody to live here. When I corrected him on an error from his end on my application, he was rude and unhelpful. I’m a person that assumes the best of people until proven otherwise, so the whole time I was ready to give him the benefit of the doubt and assumed we just got off on the wrong foot somehow, but I did not have one positive interaction with Terry. The apartment complex itself is nice, and I enjoy living here, but if I had to go back and do it again I would either ask for someone else to assist me in the leasing process or just look somewhere else.

This place is absolutely the worst and most incredibly frustrating experience ive ever had applying for an apartment. I was originally promised a $1500 gift card, which was part of the reason I applied in the first place. Then they said I didnt meet the requirements because I applied on Dec30th. When in fact I hadn't eveb walked through thr doors to look at the complex until Jan 5th. They did a complteg bait and switch on me. Had me send them $400 for an application. They told me I was approved and could pick uo the keys (2.5 weeks after telling me it would o ky take 10 days) when I showed up to speak with the office manager on Tuesday. The staff hadn't even informed her if any appointment she had with me at all. Then after telling me I was approved and everything was ready to go. They denied me, because im in between jobs (currently self employed) even though my employment meet the requirements of 3xs the rent. They were extremely condescending and rude to me and acted like this was all my fault for not reading the fine print on the application. If you end up moving here. Expect massive issues with management. These people basically scammed me. Then said I had to wait 30 days to receive my 150 back from my app fee. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD APPKYING ANYWHERE! Everything they told me was a complete lie and a abair and switch. The apartment started at 1026 a month and by the end was 1212 a month. Worst people ive ever dealt with. I wouldn't waist your time with this complex

I was in the area looking at prospective properties to live. I came across Dixon at Stonegate LOVED IT. The property is clean, spacious, and felt secure. What sealed it for me was front office management. I believe her name is Mesha. She was so warm, personable, and gave me all the information I needed about the property. There were others there and she handled each person with professionalism and care, Great customer service!

EDIT: The management was well aware of the issue. The property manager is the one who informed us that she would not help us at all. This is not new information to this management team. Lived at this apartment complex from May '24 to May '25. Our apartment unit was flooded due to negligence on behalf of the property not acclimating the unit above ours. Leading to thousands of dollars of damage, which they did not help at all with. They also claimed that the unit was habitable to live in, while our rooms were being water evacuated, painted, and working on rebuilding the entire washer and dryer room. Spent $3,000 between both my roommate and me on hotels while the unit was being worked on. Also attached is the meter reading of the apartment above, which never went about 7 kilowatt hours, meaning the heat was never on, as they are legally required to to prevent this from happening. Shout out to Lemonade Renters Insurance for helping when this management said there were too many issues from other units being flooded to be worried about ours.

Amazing service and team here. I had to move in fast and they helped me along with the process. Terry showed me different apartments giving amazing service and ensuring that I was able to get moved in for the limited time I had. Since moving in the management team and everyone here has been great and super helpful. Apartment is clean and well maintained along with the property.
