Adrian did my make ready apartment and it came out better than amazing, i feel right at home. Great office staff.

Shekinah was amazing!! She made my move in process so easy! Considering I had to wait for my physical id I was able to get the apartment I wanted still, and just made everything super easy for me for the process of moving in! She is very welcoming and and was always answering all my questions immediately through email! Excited for my new journey here at Decker Apartments!

You’re lucky if you get water for a week straight without them cutting it off , they say there working on it but have been working on it for months. No point in requesting an emergency maintenance request because there not going to do nothing about it but tell you to “ wait “ . But are quick to ask for the rent money . It’s my last month here THANK GOD but I definitely would not have renewed my lease here.

Just wanted to say thank you to Ms. Margarita P. She goes above and beyond. She's very thorough and resolves any issues or answer any question i may have. She has made the renewal process of my lease extremely simple and smooth. She is very appreciated and her work is too.

I’ve had it with these apartments! They are absolutely HORRIBLE ! I am a current resident and my family and I can’t wait for our lease to end. We got the apartment back in August and we had no air conditioning for two days. I was 7 months pregnant and the first night we moved in i couldn’t tolerate the hot so I went to my car and a Hispanic man was following me and as soon as I got inside my car he ran towards my car and HE WAS TRYING TO OPEN MY CAR DOOR (driver side) but luckily i locked it right on time. I’ve tried multiple times telling the front office about the situation and they NEVER did ANYTHING about it. Another thing they have ROACHES A TON OF ROACHES !!THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!! Everytime we request for the exterminator they never come. Also in January we didn’t have any electricity for a 6 days, the apartment was very cold and I couldn’t stay here because I couldn’t risk my newborn baby to get sick . Then during does 6 days I would go to the front office every single day to tell them about the apartment not having any electricity and I was always told that it was because of our electric company which was NOT the case. Then I soon as I talked to the manager about the situation she was having an attitude toward me, then she called maintenance and I over heard him saying “it’s not that big of a deal” . Then we had a plumbing issue on our one bathroom apartment and no matter how many times we requested for maintenance to come they never did and the only time they did they were talking about how dirty the toilet was, the apartments might look nice but they have SOOO many problems.The gates are always open. People are always speeding. They are always “under construction”. They don’t pick up the trash. They are always people honking and blasting music in the middle of the night .don’t even bother calling because they never answer
