I had a great time meeting Vanessa at Cottages at Summer Creek. She greeted me with warm, positive energy and listened attentively throughout our conversation. The property itself is modern and very beautiful I highly recommend this community and its professional team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall very happy to be a resident here. I’ve been here for almost a year and plan on staying longer. The management has had changes over the course of my stay but it’s been continuous improvements and upgrades. The use of a resident portal and the staff in the leasing office makes it very easy and convenient to be aware of upcoming changes, community events or any important information. I get timely responses when I have questions or concerns. The maintenance team is also active to respond to any requests submitted in the portal. I’m very happy here!

I have been here for 2 years and I am thankful for this community. Vanessa has been super helpful, everyone in management is a blessing. They have had lots and lots of changes since new management took over but I believe things are looking up now. They are creating more family friendly events to get the community together and finished construction on the new gym recently.

I met Vanessa, who helped me with the application process. She is wonderful, caring, respectful, and courteous. She even gave me a tour of a beautiful apartment, despite the fact that I didn't have an appointment. Thank you so very much for making me feel at home!

I promise I would give 5 stars once I got my parking spot and I did . It was resolve in timing matter and it being the weekend . Let’s just say I’m happy .Its so quiet but still lively because they have a nice pool area And a pickle ball court ,Dog park like to see people enjoy the Amenities, I will be out there soon once I finish moving.Let’s not forget that they do activities and that’s what Jazzy likes. Another great thing about these apartments is location. They are close to a shopping center a movie theater two Dutch Bros and a Chick-fil-A 🤣 .
