Great place. Great people that work there. Unfortunately was not the place for us because we have a lot of stuff. But it would be the perfect community for a small family! The Amenities were very nice. The playground and the pool were immaculate! Definitely Pop in and see if it’s for you!

Love love love this community! I had a few hiccups, but Abi, Cameron, and Ashley made it their duty to make sure I felt comfortable and treated accordingly. I enjoy the quietness over here. The office has monthly events to try and get the community together. I’m thankful to be raising my son over here 💚

Been here for about seven months now, and honestly one of the most friendly and well kept communities you can be apart of. Not sure what the 1 star reviews reflect, but it isn’t here. Staff has always been the friendliest and has helped me out tremendously with questions and any issues I’ve experienced. Transparent and easy to communicate with. Always kept the highest level of respect and professionalism with me! My kiddo stays with me and the gated community is a huge peace of mind. I don’t see or hear my neighbors much, but when I do everyone is friendly and courteous! It’s quiet and super peaceful. Great atmosphere for any family

I moved to the Cottages at Deer Creek about 3 months ago and it's been the nicest, calmest place I've lived in for many years. At first it felt like it was just too far away, but it's been fun exploring places nearby. It's near so much and about 30mins from Downtown Fort Worth and Burleson, is fairly close too. The grounds are nice, just about every cottage has its own backyard and area for your pets to play safely in. A plus, is the office staff and maintenance team. They're friendly and address your concerns as soon as they're able to and are kind enough to follow-up on concerns and questions you may have in a timely manner. If you come and visit, ask for Ashlei and Kamryn both are the friendly and ever so knowledgeable about the property and area. It's such a breath of fresh air speaking with them. Ashlei has been a big support in helping me and my pup feel welcome here and keeps on being a great source of information. Thank you for having us, and Happy New year!

I moved in about a month ago and everything has been great so far! My job is fully remote, and I have a GSD/Aussie shepherd mix, so having enough space to accommodate my work setup and outdoor space for my dog’s exercise was very important to me. Ashlei took the time to show me multiple options and was very helpful during the leasing process. I originally thought I would need a two bedroom unit for my WFH office, but the living room space in my 1 bedroom unit is the perfect size. The “expansive dog park” is not an exaggeration either. Of all the places I toured, this dog park is definitely the biggest, and Coop has already made some friends with the other dogs in the complex. Definitely would recommend this complex for both the quality and the location. If traffic on 35 isn’t too bad, I can get to all my usual hangout spots in the city in about 10-15 minutes, and all my shopping and restaurant spots are about the same distance in Burleson.
